This handy, lightweight, and relatively thorough history of the B-36 is NOT about (insert the complete title here). The only coverage of B-36 "units" is in the "Appendices," which is actually the one-and-only appendix, and is a basic half-page list. If a compendium of operator and operational histories is what you're looking for, this book is not what you justifiably expect. The artwork (color profiles and cover) are superb. This is a weekend read, and if you some of the other major B-36 references on your shelf, you are already covered.
