Once the most feared bootlegger in Chicago, Al Capone (played by Tom Hardy) is sentenced to 11 years in federal penitentiary for tax evasion. Released from prison at the age of 40 because of his declining health from untreated syphilis, he retires to Florida with his family. Forced to sell off most of his belongings to pay old debts and support himself, he remembers that he stashed away $10 million, but cannot remember where.
