Defiant but Doomed - Stan Stokes Art Print

Stan Stokes. Adolf Galland, Germany's top ace on the Western front, is shown in action during a mission on August 28, 1940. Galland was surprised to see RAF Bolton Defiants sneak in under the bombers. Despite taking some hits from the Defiant piloted by 264 Squadron Commander Garvin, Galland succeeded at downing the RAF aircraft.This 16"x 11½" print is signed by the artist.
