Replicating "Little Chief," the P-47D flown by 7-victory ace 1st Lt. Frank Klibbe of the 56th Fighter Group (the first unit to be equipped with the P-47), this 1/48 scale, plastic kit features a well-equipped cockpit with a pilot figure and a glazed canopy; a detailed engine with removable cowl panels and a four-blade-propeller; rocket launcher tubes, bombs and drop tanks; optional-position flaps; realistic landing gear; and a choice of 56th Fighter Group markings (Klibbe's "Little Chief" and Capt.
