Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund. No questions asked!

All returned items must be in their original vendor packaging and be in “like new” condition.  We cannot accept open or used items for return.

Returns will not be accepted at any time for books, DVDs and CDs that have been opened (unless damaged). These items may only be returned if they are in their original factory sealed condition within 30 days of purchase.

If you would like to return an item to us you must call for authorization. Please securely pack the item in its original packing material along with the original invoice or packing list (or a copy) and send it via US Mail, UPS or any other trackable shipping method. We cannot issue credits or refunds for items that we have not received. Proof of delivery may be necessary.

Include a note explaining why you are returning the product and let us know if you would like to exchange the product for another item or if you prefer a refund. We will refund you the dollar amount for the price you paid for the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All returns will be processed using the same method of payment for the purchase. If you are exchanging for the same item or purchasing a different item we will apply this amount towards another product.

For damaged products, please contact customer service at customer.service@historicaviation.com within 7 business days of receiving the product for a return authorization.

Please include your name, complete address, telephone number and email address so we can accurately process your return.
Also include your original order number if available.

If an item is undeliverable, we will refund the price of the item, we will not refund the shipping charges.
