- 5th Film - "Sinking of S-51" In 1925, The USN S-Boat, SS-162, S-51 was rammed by the Merchant Steamer "SS City of Rome", off the New England coast. After several day's of trying to raise the ship, all hope was lost. Only 3 men escaped before she sank. S-51 was raised 10 months later and you can see the severe damage that sunk her.
