An updated version of the 30-year-old A-10A, the A-10C Warthog features a cockpit with two F-16-style 5½-inch color displays, a moving map display, and other electronic upgrades, but it still holds the A-10 ability to function as a CAS aircraft/tank killer. "Go Ugly Early" is the A-10 motto because of its unique design that combines the best and the worst of variants. The Warthog has already seen combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.
This 1/72 scale, die cast model is a Hobby Master replica of a A-10C Warthog 81-0994 of the 107th Fighter Squad and 127th Wing of Michigan from August of 2017, that features authentic markings and paint scheme, engraved panel lines, a rotating propeller, a well-equipped cockpit, and a display stand. Measures 8¾" long with a 9½" wingspan.
