British Vosper Torpedo Boat with Crew 1/35 Kit

On March 28, 1942, the British launched "Operation Chariot" to take out the dry dock at the harbor of Saint Nazaire, in German-occupied France. The mission succeeded, and the dock was unusable for the remainder of the war, forcing the German navy to use Baltic ports for repairs, where they would be open to fire from the Royal Navy's Home Fleet. This 1/35 scale plastic kit replicates the Vosper Torpedo Boat 74 that was specially designed for the mission. Features 7 British naval figures, photo-etched fret, clear sheet, screws, ropes, and a display stand. Assembly required. Skill level 5. 25½" long.
