Appearing in the popular television series of Battlestar Galactica, the Cylon Raider MK II was a warship equivalent of the Viper Mark III. Although, it hasn't been seen since the First Cylon War, this ship has been returning to recent action. Originally designed to be more agile and durable than a Cylon Raider, the MK II proves itself in battles against humans every time. When the ship is in combat it acts more as an interceptor rather than a multi-role fighter, and is an evolved creation by the Raiders.
