This 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model replicates the variable-sweep wing fighter-bomber, the Tornado GR.1. Developed and manufactured jointly between Italy, the UK, and West Germany, the tornado first flew on August 14, 1974. This replica features an opening canopy revealing a well-equipped cockpit, optional-position landing gear, detachable ordnance loads, a display stand, and authentic markings for the RAF No.15 Sqn., ZA447 "MiG Eater," Tabuk, AB, Saudi Arabia, Operation Granby, the British name for their participation in the Gulf War, 1991. 7¾" wingspan.
