Nicknamed "Super Fudd" after its predecessor the E-1 "Willy Fudd," the E-2 Hawkeye is a uniquely-shaped airborne early warning (AEW) aircraft. Introduced in 1964, it has received a series of upgrades over the years and remains in both service and production today with a price-tag of nearly $200 million per unit. The Hawkeye is primarily used by the U.S. Navy, but has been featured in nine national militaries. The "C" is the most modern variant, equipped with upgraded electronics and surveillance/search radars.

A reproduction of an E-2C Hawkeye flying with the VAW-116 "Sun Kings" stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln in 2007, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast replica — an immediate showcase centerpiece — features striking unit artwork on the tail, engraved panel lines, a glazed canopy, a revolving top dish, optional armament, optional-position landing gear, and authentic markings. Arrives ready to display on the included presentation stand. Measures approximately 9¾" long with a 13½" wingspan.
