A self-propelled howitzer developed in the United States, the M8 Scott was built upon the chassis of the then-new M5 (M3) Stuart. During World War II, it saw service during the Italian Campaign, the Western Front, and in the Pacific, while it continued operations during the First Indochina War. Production ran from September of 1942 to January of 1944 with more than 1,700 M8s ultimately manufactured.

Made by Hobby Master, this 1/72 scale, die cast replica of the M8 features an eye-catching winter camouflage paint scheme from the European Theater during World War II, finely textured surfaces, a rotating turret with 75mm howitzer, a realistic Browning machine gun, detailed tracks, authentic U.S. Army markings, and a removable terrain base. Measures approximately 2¾" long.
