Designed as an air-combat fighter, the F-16 took its first flight on January 20, 1974. Featuring markings from the USAF 114th FW, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model recreates the F-16C Fighting Falcon as it received a special color scheme to honor the South Dakota ANG 70th Anniversary. It includes an opening canopy, a well-equipped cockpit, realistic panel lines, access panels and surface details, landing gear, ordnance loads, a detailed underside, and a display stand.
