Small-scale WWII naval and aviation subjects rarely get the same attention as 1:72 tanks or 1:18 muscle cars — that's the gap Diecast of Defense fills. Focused on 1:1100 scale warships and 1:144 scale aircraft, the brand gives collectors a way to build out a fleet or squadron display without needing shelf space measured in feet.

About Diecast of Defense

Diecast of Defense launched in 2022, built specifically around small-scale WWII naval and aviation subjects — a niche most diecast brands treat as an afterthought to their larger-scale ground vehicle lines. Every release is selected with an eye toward historically significant ships and aircraft that collectors ask for but rarely find in stock elsewhere.

What Makes Diecast of Defense Collectible

Diecast of Defense's 1:1100 scale warships and 1:144 scale aircraft are sized to fit a bookshelf or display case without dominating it, making it possible to assemble an entire WWII Pacific or Atlantic fleet, or a full squadron of aircraft, in the space a single larger-scale model would take up. Each release is diecast metal, finished with markings tied to a specific historical ship or aircraft.

Popular Diecast of Defense Categories

1:1100 scale warships: WWII-era battleships and carriers from multiple navies.
1:144 scale aircraft: WWII-era flying boats, bombers, and patrol aircraft.
